Our mobile workshops invite students and visitors of all ages to explore how microgreens grow and understand the importance of inclusive employment.  By connecting education with real-world impact, The Lettuce Lab inspires the next generation of thinkers, growers, and changemakers. 

Job coaching, caregiver resources, financial literacy, and life skills training are embedded throughout our model.
